Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This policy describes how you may use Melsun. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
Lawful use only
You must comply with all applicable laws where you live and where your activity affects others. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and uploaded content. You must also follow the usage policies of third-party AI and media providers that process your requests.
Prohibited activities
- Illegal exports, sanctions evasion, or trafficking in controlled goods
- Submitting false, forged, or misleading trade or customs documents
- Impersonation, fraud, scams, or synthetic media intended to deceive
- Non-consensual deepfakes or unauthorized use of someone's voice or likeness
- Harassment, hate, exploitation, or distribution of illegal content
- Malware, unauthorized access, scraping of Melsun, or bypassing security or billing controls
- Spam, platform abuse, or reselling access without authorization
- Tracking shipments or bills of lading you are not authorized to track
- Using Equity Desk or market features for market manipulation, insider trading, or as a substitute for licensed investment advice
- Attempting to extract, reverse engineer, or rediscover underlying foundation-model weights, or to circumvent provider safety systems
Trade Desk
Trade Desk is software to organize documents and highlight possible gaps. It is not customs brokerage or legal advice. Do not use it to prepare or submit documents you know to be false, or to circumvent import, export, or sanctions rules.
Shipment Tracker
Use Shipment Tracker only for cargo you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use the product to harvest tracking data at scale for unrelated third parties, or to interfere with carrier websites or APIs.
Equity Desk
Equity Desk is educational decision support only. It is not an offer to buy or sell securities and must not be used to provide regulated investment advice to others without appropriate licenses.
AI media tools
Voice, image, and video features must not be used to impersonate real people without consent, create deceptive political or financial content, or generate unlawful material. You must have rights to any reference material you provide.
Enforcement
We may investigate reported abuse, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, payment processors, or hosting providers when required.

Email admin@melsun.ai with "Abuse report" in the subject line. Include URLs, account email (if known), and a description of the issue.
