    Terms of Service

    Agreement

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Vajta Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), 1111B S Governors Ave Suite 24501, Dover, DE 19904 US, regarding your use of Melsun at melsun.ai. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

    Service description

    Melsun provides AI-powered tools including chat, image generation, video generation, voice synthesis, transcription, and business workflow tools such as Trade Desk, Shipment Tracker, and Equity Desk. Features, models, and availability may change over time.

    Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account or use the service. By using Melsun, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have authority to accept these Terms. The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

    No professional advice

    Melsun is software and information technology, not a law firm, customs broker, freight forwarder, insurer, bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or government agency. Nothing on the platform is legal, tax, customs, regulatory, financial, investment, or shipping advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the service and for verifying information with qualified professionals and official authorities before relying on it.

    Trade Desk and business tools

    Trade Desk helps organize trade documents, compare drafts to user-provided instructions, and surface general destination-document guidance. Country and document requirements shown in the product are curated summaries for convenience. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect for your product, HS code, route, or jurisdiction.

    • You must confirm all import, export, sanctions, licensing, and clearance requirements with licensed brokers, carriers, and official government sources.
    • Automated checks and AI chat responses are decision-support only. They do not guarantee customs clearance, regulatory approval, or document acceptance.
    • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents you upload, generate, or send to third parties using the service.

    Shipment Tracker

    Shipment Tracker helps you look up carrier status and estimated arrival information for bills of lading you submit. Lookups may use official carrier APIs and/or automated retrieval through third-party browser or data partners listed on our Subprocessors page.

    • You may only submit tracking numbers or bills of lading for shipments you are authorized to track (for example your own cargo or cargo you manage for a customer who authorized you).
    • Carrier status and ETAs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Confirm critical decisions with the carrier.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any carrier system.

    Equity Desk and market tools

    Equity Desk and similar screening or coaching features are educational decision-support tools only. They are not investment, tax, or financial advice, and they are not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security. Market data may be delayed or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

    Accounts and acceptable use

    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
    • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in any country where you operate or ship goods.
    • You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including sanctions evasion, forged trade documents, non-consensual deepfakes, harassment, malware, or bypassing security or billing controls.
    • You must also comply with the usage policies of third-party AI and media providers used to fulfill your requests (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Fal, ElevenLabs, and other providers we disclose).

    Detailed rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or platform risk.

    AI outputs and media tools

    AI-generated text, images, audio, and video may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, publication, or submission to third parties. We do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose.

    When using voice, image, or video features, you must have all necessary rights and consents for any likeness, trademark, or copyrighted material you use.

    As between you and Vajta Technologies Inc., and to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable model or media provider terms, you may use outputs generated for you through the service for your lawful purposes. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or of outputs generated solely from your prompts, except for our underlying platform, branding, and software. Provider terms, third-party rights, and applicable law may still limit how you can use certain outputs.

    Payments and credits

    Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit purchases are subject to the pricing shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed by third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record or payment processor (for example Stripe, depending on the checkout you use). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

    • Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel before the next renewal through the payment provider's customer portal or by contacting admin@melsun.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not erase credits already granted for the current period except as described below.
    • Credit subscriptions refresh on renewal: unused subscription credits and mid-cycle top-up packs are wiped and replaced with the new allotment shown at checkout (for example monthly or annual balance reset). Top-up packs are available only while a credit subscription is active and expire on the next refresh.
    • Fees are generally non-refundable once credits or entitlements have been granted, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we may revoke related entitlements and claw back unused credits.

    Intellectual property

    We retain rights in the platform, branding, and underlying software. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain rights in content you lawfully provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service. Model and media providers retain their own rights in their models, APIs, and branding; displaying a model name does not mean we own that model.

    Privacy

    Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Business customers who need a processor agreement should review our Data Processing Addendum.

    Reporting abuse

    To report unlawful use, impersonation, or other abuse, email admin@melsun.ai with "Abuse report" in the subject line and relevant details.

    Disclaimer of warranties

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melsun is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost shipments, customs penalties, regulatory fines, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold Vajta Technologies Inc. harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

    Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise or where parties agree in writing to arbitration.

    Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
